Just adding: a few months later, my bag still looks gorgeous. However, it is still very difficult to do up. I hoped it might get better with time, but I think the flap at the top might be slightly misaligned so the holes don’t marry up with the hardware easily. I have to pull and strain to get it closed, and am usually quite pink in the face by the time I’ve managed it. Good service and looks, but lose a star for this, I’m afraid – it’s rather frustrating. Maybe tighter quality control checks would help avoid this. My other bags from you have been perfect. However, I’ve not been so quick to come back and order another bag after this experience 🙁

I did get my order and I am sure that my friends will be visiting and purchasing items soon. I was a little disappointed that it is not the color that I ordered; although still pretty but not purple.
